WSOP Main Event Day 1

I'll do a more in-depth update when I get around to it because I did have some interesting hands, but I don't feel like doing it right now.  Suffice to say I'm pretty disappointed with how I played a few hands, but really happy with how I played some others, and I ended the day with 11,975 chips, and I play again on Saturday.

  6. I think when he decides to sell shares at a rate of 1.3 it's natural that people question his results.
To me, what is really strange is how did so many people decide to buy shares at this rate from someone with his live history.

  7. I mean your comments might have some validity if I had never played live before, but I played live poker nearly every day for like 6 years before I ever played online (cash games, not tournaments), so it's not like I don't understand how to play live.

And really it's pretty silly to think that a sample of less than 200 tournaments, most of which have a field of over 1000 people, means much at all. I guarantee you I would say the same thing even if I was up a million dollars in live tournaments so it has nothing to do with my results.

Also I'm going to turn off 'Anonymous' comments because, while I don't mind the criticism, you should at least not be able to hide behind anonymity.
